1. SERVICES
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services ("Services") to the Client as outlined in the Agreement.
2. PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the agreed-upon fee ("Fee") as outlined in the Agreement. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Client cancels or reschedules the Services, the Client agrees to notify the Photographer in writing. The Client will forfeit the deposit if cancellation occurs within three days of the scheduled date.
4. COPYRIGHT
All images created by the Photographer are owned by the Photographer. The Client is granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use only.
5. USAGE RIGHTS
The Client may use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use requires prior written consent from the Photographer.
6. LIABILITY
The Photographer is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the images or Services.
7. DELIVERY
The Photographer will deliver the images to the Client within fourteen days of the Services.
8. CHANGES
These Terms may be amended or modified only in writing signed by both parties.
